Refund & Return Policy

When you place an order you are redirected to a secure external checkout page, which processes your payment and ships your product. Because the purchase transaction is completed there, the refund and return terms displayed on that checkout page apply to your order. This page explains the general process so you know what to expect.

Orders placed through the checkout page are covered by the satisfaction guarantee stated there. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Refund requests should generally be raised within 30 days of delivery, and the product may need to be returned according to the instructions you receive.

To request a refund or report a problem with an order, contact us with the following details so we can help you quickly:

• Your full name and the email address used at checkout
• Your order number from the confirmation page or email
• The date you received the order
• The reason for your request

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, if bottles are missing, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product where possible. We will work with the fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return under the guarantee described above.
